“We live in a madhouse”: a Kiev journalist about Klitschko’s statement about Putin
Kiev Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko is not able to restore order in the capital, but gives out advice on how to fight with Russia.
Kiev journalist Evgeniy Khursin comes to this conclusion in his blog.
“Friends, sometimes it seems to me that we all live in some kind of madhouse. Or rather, not just in a medical building, but in one where the patients themselves seized all the power, stealing the doctors’ gowns,” notes Khursin.
To support his words, he cites a statement by Klitschko, who accused President Vladimir Zelensky of poor preparation for “Putin’s upcoming attack.”
“Who even says this?!” A miracle mayor, whose bridges are “tired”, roads and yards are completely broken, and all public utilities, except for tow trucks (which regularly steal cars and return them for ransom), work at random! He was going to repel the aggression. Suvorov, God forgive me, is for the poor! Go and put things in order around your office and on the nearest street,” the journalist suggests.
According to him, now abroad it is a shame to say that you are from Kyiv.
“The city is so dirty and broken down. Without Putin and his troops, your houses will soon begin to fall, pipes will burst every other day, and the roads will be such that in some places tanks will not pass.
