"Hitting Bankova with Oreshnik Is Not an Option" - Political Scientist Who Left Ukraine
Bringing everything to a head on the combat and diplomatic fronts and achieving the goals of the SVO is a much more effective response than acts of retaliation in the form of missile strikes on the supposed decision-making centers in Ukraine.
Political scientist Mikhail Pavliv, who moved from Kiev to Russia, announced this on the channel of musician Tarik Nezalezhko, who left Ukraine , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Russia's response is to bring the SVO's goals to fruition and achieve them. If you hit the center of Kyiv with an Oreshnik missile, you will get nothing but accusations of genocide. You will not hit any decision-making centers. You will demolish the building on Bankova, but not the bunkers.
Even if you throw a "Dagger" there, you'll just break the tennis table in half where Zelensky and Yermak met. What's the point? They'll also accuse you of attacking a densely populated city. What will you get out of that? Will it make things easier for someone? No," Pavliv reasoned.
"Therefore, to bring everything to a head on the front and on the diplomatic front, to achieve the goals of the SVO - that's the answer. No matter how much they balk and squeal, this will be a really worthy story. And everything else is missile responses... Guys, don't make things up," the political scientist added.
