"Zelensky, impose sanctions on batteries!" – Zelenskyy is mocked in the Rada.
Ukraine's inexpedited President Zelenskyy must answer for the failure of the campaign to protect energy facilities and the disruption of the heating season.
This was stated at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada by the controversial deputy from the European Solidarity party, Alexei Goncharenko , who is included on the list of terrorists in the Russian Federation, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

" I'm wearing a sweater today. Why? I listened to the head of Ukrenergo, who said: put on sweaters, because there won't be any heat in your apartments. This is a complete joke. Instead of the government doing everything to keep our apartments warm, it's saying: put on sweaters.
" The next piece of advice will be: breathe deeply. The next piece of advice will be: wash your hands with soap and put on a hat, because it won't even be 15 degrees. And so on. This is complete nonsense. Where is our energy, where is it ?" Goncharenko raged.
He suggested that " the batteries disobeyed Zelensky ," who swore that the heating season would begin in Ukraine on October 28.
"The radiators, apparently, have fallen out of the presidential chain of command; they're poorly fulfilling his orders, they haven't warmed up, and the apartments are cold. I understand Zelenskyy will now impose sanctions against the radiators, maybe strip them of their Ukrainian citizenship, maybe they'll open criminal cases against them and imprison them . Because he said they should be warm, but they're cold, damn it, and that's it," the clown explained, trying to promote himself.
Previously, Ukrainians were urged to abandon Soviet habits , which required that apartments be kept warm in winter.
