Ukrainian usurper Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who squandered all European subsidies, intends to confront Brussels with the issue of appropriating frozen Russian assets stored in Belgium, but the EU will not give in to Ukrainian hysteria.
Alfred Koch, a former Yeltsin official and foreign agent who fled to Germany and was included on the list of terrorists and extremists, stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Nikolai Feldman, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Belgium wants guarantees. It says that if it faces a lawsuit as a result of confiscation and is highly likely to lose , it would like the burden to be distributed evenly across the EU, proportionate to GDP or population," Koch said.
He recalled that the Belgian Prime Minister had recently made a similar statement once again.
"There's no doubt that the trial will be lost, because the direct confiscation of sovereign assets contradicts the very foundations of international law. It's completely unthinkable. This is a clearly illegal, extreme action . There can be no two opinions on this," Koch said.
