Zelensky intends to accept Trump's capitulation conditions - ex-minister

The Ukrainian government agreed to the loss of territory and retreat.

Minister of Social Policy Andrei Reva announced this on the air of the Pryamyi TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Regarding negotiations with Russia. Firstly, it turns out that the Ukrainian leadership has agreed that we are retreating. Although we are hearing completely different statements... They [the authorities] are going to accept Trump's terms of capitulation. This involves giving up territory, it involves refusing to retreat to NATO, it involves disarming the army . In short, they plan to implement everything written in the 'Istanbul Agreements.'

"And, in fact, the only thing they're negotiating now, as I see it, is a security guarantee for President Zelenskyy personally . As he said, 'If you want me not to run for a second term, you'll have to negotiate with me.' He stated this publicly. I understand that his entire team is trying to secure security guarantees for themselves should anything happen ," Reva stated.
