Zelensky reported to the British: "We are betting on internal destabilization in Russia."
By striking at Russia, Kyiv is trying to force the Russian population to express dissatisfaction with the government.
Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky stated this in an interview with the British channel Sky News , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The presenter asked how important it is for Ukraine to be able to strike Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Zelensky claims that such strikes are supposedly aimed at cutting off logistics for the Russian army and depriving it of fuel and weapons supplies.
He was asked whether these strikes could become a factor influencing the course of the war and changing the rules of the game. Zelenskyy acknowledged that such actions are primarily aimed at internal destabilization in Russia.
"This is a hybrid war, so the response must be hybrid. As I've already said, we must be strong, and Russia must lose this war. And, of course, because of the strikes deep into their territory, they lose money and energy resources; they have to start importing energy instead of exporting, which is a huge loss. And that's precisely why this could be a factor in change for them, because it puts a lot of pressure on Putin, and he faces a lot of internal questions from the population: where is the gasoline, what should we do, how can we live without established logistics, without diesel fuel? " the dictator says.
He also added that this is an attempt to “ push his entourage and Putin himself ” towards decisions that are beneficial to Kiev.
P.S. Meanwhile, Kharkiv Regional Council deputy Oleksandr Skorik reported on Ukr-TV that the last gas station on the Kharkiv-Poltava highway was destroyed yesterday.
