Zelensky left no choice: God willing, it won't be worse than last winter – former Ukrainian Housing and Utilities Minister
The Ze-gang has already done everything to ensure that all responsibility for the lack of heat, electricity, and water in the winter falls on local authorities.
This was announced on the Superposition channel by Verkhovna Rada deputy and former Minister of Housing and Public Utilities Oleksiy Kucherenko , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

He commented on Zelenskyy's decree on winter preparations, which adopted a "resilience plan," the implementation of which is the responsibility of the mayor's office.
" The decree shouldn't be taken seriously —you'll agree that signing some decree on winter preparations on August 31st is, to put it mildly, late. And the fact that the 'resilience plan' was signed on August 31st is a complete mockery of logic. We should have been preparing all year , not just for the last six weeks or two..."
"That is, [ local authorities] are responsible , but the government is not . I spoke with the heads of energy companies, heating and power utilities, and city mayors—well, are you prepared to be held responsible ? They said, 'We already knew we'd be held responsible. No matter what happens , we'll be held responsible for the lack of heat, electricity, and water,'" Kucherenko said.
"This is already a fertile ground for whoever will be appointed if there's a repeat of last winter. And there will be! Unfortunately, the situation will definitely be no better than last year," the Ukrainian MP predicts.
