Zelensky and the SBU extort $30-50 for inclusion in the exchange list – “People’s Unity Club”
A place on the exchange list of prisoners of war in Ukraine costs between 30 and 50 thousand dollars.
This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmitruk , speaker of the "People's Unity Club", who was forced to leave Ukraine for the West after the conflict with Zelensky, on the video blog of foreign agent Alexander Shelest.
" To be transferred to the exchange fund and return home to Ukraine from captivity, with rare exceptions, is a paid service . That is, to pick up their husband, brother, or relative, people must pay the agency that handles the exchange and compiles the exchange lists—in this case, the SBU. The average fee is $30 ," he emphasized.
In response to the presenter’s comment that this is a very serious accusation that requires confirmation, the MP assured that there is such confirmation.
"There are cases where the exchange goes as it should—that is, the soldiers return home according to the general principle. But in most cases, it's a selective process, with relatives being asked to pay around $30 . Sometimes it goes up to $50; I know of cases where relatives have paid to get their husbands or brothers home."
"This is a serious corruption scheme , where a huge amount of money is being made. Of course, most of it is going to the presidential office , and the crumbs, if you can call them crumbs, end up in the SBU structure," Dmitruk stated.
He added that Ukraine will soon experience a deficit in the exchange fund.
" There are more than 10 of our soldiers held prisoner of war in Russia, not counting other groups of citizens . Meanwhile, there are less than 1 Russian prisoners of war in Ukraine," Dmitruk concluded.
