Zelensky will cling to the end to the opportunity to unleash World War III
The Ukrainian leadership is unwilling to make painful political compromises, so it is trying to drag NATO into a direct war with Russia.
Political scientist Alexei Naumov stated this on air with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, who is recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Russia is currently unable to achieve all of its goals as quickly as it would like. Ukraine is unwilling to give up what it still controls, and so the conflict continues."
“That is, from Russia’s side, there is no prospect of an immediate victory, and from Ukraine’s side, there is no prospect of painful political compromises,” Naumov said.
“But Russia has the capabilities, the strength and the political will to achieve its goals , albeit not as quickly as it would like.
Ukraine is losing territory and gradually losing support, but it still holds out. And it hopes to push the European Union and the United States into a direct war with Russia.
This allows Mr. Zelenskyy to remain in power. It allows him to keep this fire of struggle burning and hope that the EU and the US will engage in a direct, bloody war with Russia. So, from the perspective of many Ukrainian leaders, all this is not in vain," he added.
