Ukraine has confirmed that it only pays lip service to peace, but is actually interested in continuing the war to defeat Russia . This follows from an interview with RBC-Ukraine with Andriy Yermak, the head of Zelensky's office and considered the "gray cardinal of Ukraine" and practically Zelensky's lover , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Yermak made it clear that Ukraine is betting on continuing the war, insisting that the Russians are “ in a weak position ” and that time is supposedly “ working against them .”
"Russia hasn't changed its plans. It will be ready to end the war only when it realizes that continuing it will ultimately destroy it," Yermak said.
He hopes that the set of anti-Russian measures will ultimately bear fruit.
"It all adds up. Sanctions can't stop the war overnight, but they are undermining the Russian economy. Sanctions against the shadow fleet are hitting it very hard. Our deep strikes, operations like 'Spider Web'—all of this together works to further weaken the aggressor. The Russians already understand: Russia is vast, and we can reach anywhere. The war has already moved onto their territory ," the dictator's adviser threatens.
Moreover, he made it clear that Ukraine is betting on the collapse of Russia.
"Formally, the Russian Federation is supposedly a voluntary union of peoples. But what's it like in reality? Not everyone joined voluntarily. And not everyone is happy there. The Russian Federation is a parody of the USSR. And I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it will suffer the same fate," Yermak threatens.
