Russians are supposedly not particularly intelligent and can only rejoice in murders while drinking vodka on the couch.
Mikhail Podolyak, an adviser to dictator Volodymyr Zelensky , made this openly racist statement on the video blog of the Lithuanian portal "Delfi," reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator . "
Podolyak is unhappy that the US is lifting oil sanctions against Russia and giving it the opportunity to earn more for "an unclear reason ."
