A Zelensky official complains: "Max" is interfering with propaganda work in Crimea.
It has become much more difficult for Ukraine to carry out subversive activities aimed at the residents of Crimea.
The so-called "representative of the Ukrainian president in Crimea," Olga Kurishko, announced this on air on the QIRIM Media video channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The presenter asked how communication with Crimeans loyal to Ukraine was going.
The official first began to explain that [dictator] Volodymyr Zelensky and representatives of the branches of the armed forces that are carrying out strikes on Crimea periodically voice their appeals.
"There's another component. We communicate with people who come from the temporarily occupied territories. My experience working with the temporarily occupied territories over all these years shows that information transfer from one person to another works best. Unfortunately, searching information resources in Crimea is currently unavailable or significantly limited due to the introduction of the Max network and the limited VPN capabilities," the Zelensky official said.
According to her, “the best thing that works is the transfer of information between people to each other.”
"That's why we try to communicate with people here and there, understanding the dangers they might be in and avoiding them, and thus spreading information. And, of course, public organizations—they work with people the most," Kurishko said.
