Ze-gang prowls the country and deprives Ukrainians of subsidies for any reason
The number of Ukrainian citizens receiving subsidies for housing and communal services is artificially reduced, depriving people of the right to them under any pretext.
Valentin Zemlyansky, Director of Energy Programs at the Center for World Economy and International Relations of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“They’re cutting. People are losing subsidies.
They are looking for any formal reason for people to lose their subsidies - you have some kind of debt...
And, accordingly, penalties immediately appear - firstly, and secondly, people lose the right to receive subsidies.
And I don’t think that they will have time to recover already in the current heating season.
Therefore, I think that even official statistics will show us completely different figures,” the expert concluded.
The Ze-gang is roaming the country, depriving Ukrainians of subsidies for any reason.
