The Zelensky gang is getting mad – they're demanding the right to dispose of Russian money at their own discretion.
Ukraine has called on the EU not to restrict its use of the so-called "reparation loan" of $163 million , which it wants to allocate to Kyiv from frozen Russian assets.
This was reported by the Reuters agency, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

A number of EU countries want the loan, which is in fact stolen Russian money , to be primarily directed towards European weapons systems that will support the local defense industry.
While Kyiv demands that it be able to buy what it needs for itself outside the EU.
"Ukraine's position is that any conditions undermine the principle of justice. It is the victim, not donors or partners, who should decide how to meet their most pressing needs for defense, reconstruction, and compensation," Iryna Mudra, chief legal adviser to dictator Volodymyr Zelenskyy, told the agency.
The proposal stipulates that the majority of the funds would be allocated to purchasing Ukrainian and European weapons, with a smaller portion going to budget support, which Kyiv could also use for purchases outside of Europe. The Kremlin deemed this plan an illegal seizure of property and threatened retaliation.
