"There will be no strikes on Western military-industrial complexes tomorrow, but we are closely monitoring them" – Putin
In the conflict, Russia uses exclusively its own military-industrial complex and its economic capabilities.
Russian President Vladimir Putin made this statement at a meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club in Moscow, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"There's nothing good about supplying arms to conflict zones. Every country in the world always tries to avoid it, and it's considered improper to supply weapons to conflict zones. We, for example, don't get weapons from anywhere ; we rely solely on our military-industrial complex and our economic capabilities."
Ukraine, as everyone knows, cannot exist independently. It is completely losing all elements of statehood; it is controlled from outside. And when someone wants to fight us with someone else's hands—in this case, the Ukrainian regime, which is throwing its own people into the crossfire to be effectively exterminated—when someone starts fighting us with someone else's hands, that, of course, is a threat ," Putin said.
" And I'm not saying that tomorrow we're going to launch strikes on the territory and enterprises of those countries that supply weapons to Ukraine. But this is a threat that we must clearly understand, assess, and keep in mind. And, of course, the Russian Armed Forces and military intelligence must understand where these threats are coming from. We are closely monitoring this ," the president added.
