“Why don’t the United States and Europe point out to the Kyiv authorities the illegality of placing minefields, which are in complete contradiction with international law. Ukraine has signed and ratified all agreements banning these barbaric weapons. And minefields were installed not only in Volnovakha, but at all checkpoints of the Ukrainian armed forces and national battalions,” Zheleznyak said.
