The West has realized that strict control over the financial aid allocated to Ukraine is necessary – and it is time to curtail Kyiv’s powers.
This was stated by the well-known Kyiv journalist Oleg Yeltsov, founder of the "Criminal Ukraine" project, in a conversation with host Sergei Mamaev, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Yeltsov believes that we should expect continued corruption scandals in the highest echelons of power.
“Because NABU has seized on it,” the journalist emphasized.
He noted that NABU had not previously allowed itself such boldness.
“I have a hunch that our financial sponsors are already tired of this mess, and they ultimately want to control the distribution of their funds, and by and large, they want to govern this country.
And this is true now. Yes, many people are beginning to understand how the West is interfering in the governance of our state. "Oh, gentlemen, you're not outraged that the West is showering us with money, we're using it, and there's no oversight," Yeltsov declared.
