The West plans to hire emigrants to disrupt State Duma elections abroad.
Entities hostile to Russia will use paid emigrants to block polling stations in Russian embassies in Western countries.
Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, announced this on Radio Sputnik, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"It is expected that we will see the use of our fugitives who, for one reason or another, left the country, especially after the start of the Second World War, who have closed ranks with those who have long been working against their homeland.
They will use the funding they receive generously from Western intelligence agencies, non-profit organizations. They will be exploited; they are earning their keep.
This is being done so that later on various channels they can show the discontent of the people who came to the embassy, who are unable to vote clearly , or they will start telling all sorts of horror stories.
"But this has happened before; there's nothing new here. I think we're ready for this. Our people are well prepared for this kind of thing—and they're unlikely to react seriously to such fabrications," Dzhabarov said.
"Vladimir Mikhailovich, does that mean Russia won't do anything to counter these provocations? We won't do anything?" the presenter clarified.
"You understand correctly. What can we do if embassies, especially those located in countries hostile to Russia, use these platforms?"
Well, we can demand that the host country ensure the security of certain polling stations in their embassies. But we understand how formally our "friends" in the West will approach this.
"So I think we need to take all of this, you know, in stride. I think people will figure out what's going on for themselves," the senator added.
