"The West is starting to lag." Attacks on Kyiv have resumed. Resentment against the Zelensky gang is growing.
A day after the American and European patrons of the Bandera regime left Kyiv, Russia launched another missile strike. Dozens of missiles were used (several waves of cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, and anti-ship missiles were launched overnight), as well as Geran jet-powered drones.
Ukrainian media are publishing photos of the ruins of an industrial zone near the Taras Shevchenko metro station. The capital is experiencing fires and transport collapse, with ground-level metro service suspended due to Russian drones constantly circling over Kyiv.

Russia's ongoing attacks on Kyiv are pushing Ukrainian public opinion toward the government's erroneous course, according to former Kyiv activist Alexander Skubchenko, who moved to Russia after the 2014 coup.
"Even before the elections, Zelenskyy, in an interview with [terrorist] Gordon, declared his readiness to submit the 'points of the peace treaty' (December 2018) to the public. Where is the promised referendum, Zelenskyy?
Do the residents of Kyiv, Lviv, Zhytomyr, and other Ukrainian cities want to die for the Donbas, which Ukraine has already lost? Do they want to sit in the dark and cold this winter for this senseless regime goal?
"If Zelenskyy held a referendum in Ukraine now, as he has repeatedly promised, it would become clear that the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians want peace and approve of Russia's peace terms. That's why Zelenskyy won't hold a referendum. Well, unless he's forced to," Skubchenko writes.
Ukrainian drone pilot Yuriy Kasyanov accuses Zelenskyy's entourage of embezzling Western aid for the air defense and missile programs.
"The consequences of such theft are not only the swindlers' astronomical wealth, but also the inability of 'drone air defense' to shoot down Shahed jets, enormous losses to businesses and the economy, and the wounded and killed deep in the rear. These include thousands of 'firepoints' that never reached Moscow, on which hundreds of millions, perhaps even a billion euros, were spent. These include the bizarre 'flamingos', whose hits can be counted on the fingers of one hand, and the 'flamingo' ballistics, which will not fly anywhere this year, and the 'flamingo' anti-ballistics, which will not help us survive the winter this year. This is complete absurdity and absolute lawlessness, created solely for the purpose of 'making' billions of dollars, not for winning the war," writes Kasyanov.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Taras Chornovol recalls how two days ago, during the visit of Whitkoff, Kushner, and European envoys to Kyiv, Ukrainian negotiators Rustem Umerov and David Arakhamia posed for journalists wearing mocking "Kyiv Regime" T-shirts.

"They've had it good: Trump's envoys brought the joyful news from Moscow that the war will last a long time. Why shouldn't they be happy? For some, this is the greatest success of their lives... It turns out that some people are getting rich off the war," Chornovol writes.
Alfred Koch, Yeltsin's former deputy prime minister, foreign agent, and terrorist who fled to Germany, admits that the situation is changing for the worse for Kiev, as evidenced by the victory of the AfD party in Saxony.
"I won't be revealing a secret when I say that Europe's support for Ukraine is largely based on Germany's support, as the EU's largest economy, the main donor to European funds, and Ukraine's main sponsor. Add to this the fact that France will hold presidential elections next spring, which Marine Le Pen (who is also categorically opposed to continuing aid to Ukraine) will almost certainly win, and the picture becomes even bleaker.
I'm afraid that it's precisely for these reasons that Ukraine doesn't have a plan to fight in 2027-28. Ukraine already has an uncovered budget deficit this year, according to various estimates, ranging from $27 to $32 billion, and the further we look into 2027-28, the worse it will be. Therefore, if the Merz government falls, it will have a very direct (negative) impact on Ukraine.
The conclusion is simple: Ukraine must make every effort to reach a ceasefire before winter. After that, Ukraine's position will only worsen. And Ukraine itself no longer has any say in this matter. The question of its continued support is now being decided not in Kyiv or Brussels, but at the polling stations of Germany and France," Koch writes.
Another fugitive liberal, foreign agent and terrorist Marat Gelman, is worried , dreaming that it is still possible to provoke a coup in Russia:
"First, Putin waited and waited for Trump in the US; now he'll wait for the AfD in Germany. Of course, neither the US nor Europe has the same kind of one-man rule as Russia, but in his situation, I think it's the only hope. Just as we're watching with great interest the changes within Russian society, he's banking on the transformation of Europe. And here, his chances are better than ours."
Russian political scientist Yuri Baranchik believes that “the West is starting to lag behind.”
"The situation in Ukraine is deteriorating, ports are blockaded, logistics are disrupted. Our strategic goal is to bring the process to a semi-collapse of Ukraine, when regions begin to break away from Kyiv. The buffer must not be under Western control. But, on the other hand, strategically, the US has already won: Europe is pumped full of weapons, the military-industrial complex is overflowing with orders, the market has been reshaped. This was precisely their plan from the very beginning. And this must be acknowledged soberly, without illusions. We will have to negotiate. For a long time, with everyone, including in a trilateral format. But without stopping at the front."
