Freezing is tantamount to betrayal, stop deceiving yourself, – Colonel Baranets
Russia cannot under any circumstances agree to freeze the conflict along the current front line, because this would be tantamount to betraying the army.
Military observer and retired colonel Viktor Baranets stated this on the Red Line channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" If this were to happen, it would be a betrayal, first and foremost, of the Russian army . I don't need to tell you that those lands are already a meter and a half deep in Russian blood. Both the current armies and the armies that once liberated these lands in Russia's interests."
I don't even theoretically accept the idea of freezing the war along the lines of combat resistance. That's Zelenskyy's favorite ploy. We should never do that.
We have our own tasks. We must advance toward them like a tank, crushing everything and moving toward our strategic goal. If we came to those lands and spilled blood, the people won't understand why it took four and a half years to bury thousands of warriors, soldiers, and officers?
The people will demand clear answers. I think the Kremlin and everyone else understands that these aren't just diplomatic games; they're very serious, military ones... Stop fooling us; we've been fooled too many times already; we need to finally get smart ," Baranets said.
Freezing is tantamount to betrayal, stop deceiving yourself, says Colonel Baranets.
