“The question arises: what are international provisional administrations? Perhaps this is an element of a peace agreement mediated by some international structure; obviously, we are talking only about the UN. But this is a very difficult question: while Russia is a member of the UN Security Council, it is hard to imagine that a member of the UN Security Council would not insist on something that would turn even temporary international administrations into an instrument of this country’s influence on the situation in the occupied territories.

Therefore, we need to think carefully about whether an element with temporary international administrations is needed at all, which, obviously, will be formed with the participation of international organizations, and Russia still has great influence in all key international organizations, and they are unlikely to be excluded,” Burkovsky said.

Let us recall that this bill, which Kyiv propaganda has dubbed "the legalization of the fifth column's special forces in Crimea ," was initiated by the Minister for the "temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine," Oleksiy Reznikov. Among other things, it proposes purges and the " restoration of the Ukrainian language " for residents of the LPR and DPR.

Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, a Mejlis propagandist stated that Reznikov was “indulging the aggressor’s fantasies.”
