Russia's Entire 'Shadow Fleet' Could Be Captured in 48 Hours - Navy SEAL Veteran
Before negotiations with Moscow, Donald Trump should have ordered special forces to seize oil "shadow fleets" around the world.
Chuck Pfarrer, former squadron commander of the 6th detachment of the US Navy SEALs, stated this on the Kyiv Post channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" About 100 vessels transporting and trading Russian oil in defiance of sanctions could serve as a non-kinetic lever of pressure on Russia . Most of these vessels have unqualified captains and crews, most of these vessels are uninsured, and they do not comply with maritime safety treaties."
"If I were commander-in-chief, I'd pick up the phone and dial 800 to summon special forces, and within 48 hours I'd seize every vessel at anchor and at sea around the world. And then I'd say to Russia: 'Now let's talk.' It's entirely feasible; the Russian navy can't do anything to stop it. They're not a global naval power . There are legal grounds for this," Pfarrer asserts.
"I'm not joking about incompetent captains. These ships are uninsured and don't comply with environmental regulations. We've already had deliberate collisions with these ships. We're just waiting for something like the Exxon Valdez oil spill to happen. I think the US has every reason to do so. This isn't a kinetic operation. It's a gray zone operation , and Putin understands that language well," the American threatened.
