Yarosh: Right Sector is breaking the law, but there will be no punishment
Kyiv, January 08 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) - The anti-terrorist operation in Donbass is a fake that goes beyond the law. The leader of the Right Sector, Dmytro Yarosh, stated this on Hromadske TV.
According to him, Ukraine needs martial law, the headquarters of the Commander-in-Chief and direct control of the president. Without this, under the ATO conditions, all volunteers and military personnel violate Ukrainian legislation.

“We enter a populated area together with the military, take control of it and settle into houses. We all commit a criminal offense. Or the commander of a brigade or battalion gives an order to use artillery or mortars. He has no right to do this. In general, during the ATO, all combat missions would have to be carried out by special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the SBU. And the army will cover the perimeter at most. This ATO is so fake,” said Yarosh.
At the same time, Yarosh noted that he is not afraid of punishment for the criminal offenses committed; moreover, he is sure that there will be no punishment.
“They are incapable of anything. Well, how can you disarm the “Right Sector”, and from their point of view, we are also an illegal armed group. There will be no consequences if they are ready to give amnesty to terrorists,” Yarosh said.
