Yatsenyuk blackmails the Rada: in order to pass the budget, it is necessary to tax everything
Kyiv, December 24 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The 2015 state budget is based on provisions proposed in 15 bills included in the so-called first reform package from the Ukrainian government . Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk announced this while opening a Cabinet meeting.

According to him, the proposed draft budget for 2015 was formed on the basis of revenues and expenses calculated in accordance with the proposed amendments to legislation, reflected in 15 bills concerning the tax, budgetary, and social spheres.
He emphasized that one of the key points is the de-shadowing of business, in particular the introduction of criminal liability for illegal business. Yatsenyuk noted that it is important to legalize business and impose taxes on it.
“Now the ball is on the field of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The time for sweeping criticism is over. You need to read the laws first. All government members will take part in government meetings. 15 laws must be adopted in the first reading. Committees will be asked to make proposals for those bills for which there are no comments to immediately adopt in the first, second reading and in general,” the prime minister said.
“Each faction is represented in this composition of the Cabinet. Each member of the government, together with the political forces that formed it, are responsible for the fate of the country. Leaders of political forces do not have the right to engage in populism and try to get cheap political dividends. If there was more political will among political forces, the changes would be deeper and more radical. But even the first package caused political opposition.
The Poles did not think what would happen tomorrow. “We thought what would happen in three, five years,” he said, noting Pol’s economic successes. – I appeal to the leaders of all political forces, the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, the “People’s Front”, for which I am responsible, Yulia Vladimirovna Tymoshenko, our partners from “Samopomich”, the Radical Party: they formed a coalition, delegated members of the government, promised the people. Now all that remains is to work,” Yatsenyuk said.
