Yatsenyuk boasted of billions in his accounts
Kyiv, April 05 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that there are 32 billion hryvnia in the single treasury account.

“A year ago, when I joined, there were 108 thousand hryvnia in the State Treasury. Today – 32 billion. This is the largest amount since 2005,” he told the 1+1 TV channel.
“We accumulated this money by changing the tax system, by fighting corruption,” he said. According to Yatsenyuk, the main uses of these funds are financing the army, salaries and pensions.
He said that part of the amount received from the IMF is in the accounts of the NBU, and often in government reserves, while they are not spent on social needs.
“If the reforms had not gone in the right direction, no one would have given us 25 billion. Even 25 dollars,” said the Ukrainian prime minister.
