“In order to conduct large-scale offensive operations, combat reserves are needed to follow. We see that Kyiv is preparing these combat reserves, and preparing them carefully. Up to three corps are being trained in Western Ukraine for units that are supposed to be used as breakthrough units on one of the sectors of our front.

In order to conduct any strategic operations, we, of course, need a reserve. And I think that the further we go, the more we will talk about the second wave of partial mobilization, which will be called upon to occupy these echelons in the event of our strategic offensive deep into the territory of Ukraine,” Kots said.
