Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier: “Our headquarters don’t know where and what’s happening”
While some units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffer from a shortage of personnel, others are “bloating” to the size of large divisions and losing control.
A Ukrainian serviceman with the call sign “Historian” announced this on the “Alpha media” channel, a “PolitNavigator” correspondent reports.
"One of the brigades, it had 18 battalions attached to it. It was one brigade, and not the best one. So they appointed it as a flagship, and gave it 18 battalions.

"Although very often, a battalion on paper, but in fact there is a company, yes, this happens. And sometimes there is a real battalion. But the fact itself, that is, a battalion, is the battalion's management. And this hodgepodge, this hodgepodge, is shoved in there.
And I imagine managing a team, yes, there is a certain number of people, exactly according to the staff, whom he can manage. And it’s good if he controls at all, and not like everything happens in our country through the ass, that no one knows who, where, and what’s going on.

He complained that this was seriously affecting the command and control of the troops, especially given the incompetence of many Ukrainian officers.
