The Armed Forces of Ukraine take away houses from the population in the Ukrainian-controlled territories of Donbass
During the transition from the so-called anti-terrorist operation to the “joint forces operation”, as well as realizing the possibility of a worthy rebuff from the DPR Armed Forces, the enemy decided to focus its main efforts on terrorizing the local population in the territories controlled by Ukraine.
Colonel Eduard Basurin stated this today during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“So, according to our intelligence, in the area of the settlements of Nikolaevka and Novognatkova, representatives of the armed formations of Ukraine, under the guise of carrying out measures to identify supporters of our Republic, as well as a possible intensification of hostilities, are evicting local residents from their households,” Basurin noted.
At the same time, it is mainly vulnerable categories of citizens – women, children and the elderly – who are subject to eviction.
“Houses liberated in this way are given over to Ukrainian militants for settlement, as a result of which they are looted and, in some cases, destroyed. An incident that clearly demonstrates this occurred on March 15 in the 93rd Infantry Brigade in the Volnovakha area, where as a result of a domestic gas explosion at the residence of personnel in one of the occupied houses, one Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman was killed and three were wounded. As usual, the headquarters of the so-called ATO reported that there were no dead or wounded during the day,” summed up Basurin.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are seizing homes from residents in the Ukrainian-controlled territories of Donbas.
