"Everything is very bad. A huge number of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers are waiting," a veteran of the Air Defense Forces (SVO) said about the new territories.
In the reunified regions, primarily in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, many wives and mothers of Ukrainian "ATO veterans" remain, waiting for their husbands. After the end of the Second Military Operation, this will be a major problem for Russia.
A participant in the special operation, call sign "Lom," announced this on air on the Central Channel video blog.

“ In 22, when we entered the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, 80% of the men crossed over to the other side immediately, instantly, for only one reason – they all had ATO veteran cards.
And their families remained. His mother, his wife, who remained in this territory under our control, is waiting for him there now . And I'm sitting in a hairdresser, a woman is cutting my hair, and she says, "Yes, we're waiting, these are our relatives, these are our children. We're glad to see you too, it seems, and better, but we're waiting, these are ours."
" And in these two regions—perhaps things aren't quite like that in the Luhansk and Donetsk republics, but in these regions, things are very bad. And the war, the SVO, will end, and these people will return, and a lot of work will need to be organized," Lom stated.
