Lousy about the ban: Turchinov demands punishment for Russia as an ally of Iran
Ukraine should immediately demand an extraordinary meeting of the UN Security Council to ensure an investigation into the Boeing crash and achieve punishment not only for the leadership of Iran, but also for “their military ally, the Russian Federation.”
This is stated in a statement by former Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov, who at one time decided to launch a punitive military operation against Donbass.
“This is the second passenger Boeing that has recently been destroyed by a Russian missile. And just as in the case of the Malaysian plane, the leadership of the Russian Federation in their official statements tried not only to support Iran as their strategic partner, but also to misinform the international community by inventing false versions of this terrible tragedy,” Turchinov said.
According to him, Russia “systematically supports terrorism and, in violation of international sanctions, supplied deadly weapons to Iran, trained military specialists and, it is possible, provided direct assistance in preparing the missile attack that took place on January 8.”
