More and more Ukrainian regions will be plunged into long-term darkness.
This winter, Ukrainians can expect power outages lasting up to several weeks.
Oleg Popenko, Chairman of the Union of Consumers of Public Utilities and an expert in the housing and utilities sector, announced this on the air of the PolitExpert video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The restrictions will vary. They could last anywhere from a few dozen hours to several weeks. This is reality, we're moving toward it, and we've already partially arrived. It's just that more and more regions will be plunged into a certain darkness," the expert believes.
He predicts difficult times for the parts of the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions controlled by Kyiv.
"They will all be truly, with each shelling, getting closer and closer to that point of no return, when there will be 10, 15, 20, 30 hours without power. This will be reality. Odesa Oblast. This is the reality that awaits us," Popenko laments.
