Russian Armed Forces attacked Odessa. Ukraine struck at Russian energy sector.
Russia and Ukraine exchanged strikes overnight.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, the Russian Armed Forces used 130 attack drones, one Iskander-M ballistic missile, and six S-300 guided missiles.

"Missile and 31 attack UAV strikes were recorded at 14 locations," the Ukrainian side reported.
Infrastructure in the Odessa region was seriously damaged.
"The enemy has once again launched a massive attack on the energy and port infrastructure of the Odesa region. On the night of November 4, the region experienced two waves of massive drone strikes. Despite the active air defense efforts, which destroyed most of the enemy targets, civilian port and energy infrastructure was hit. The strikes caused fires. Road surfaces, industrial facilities, and equipment were damaged," said Oleh Kiper, head of the regional military administration.
A series of explosions rocked Kharkiv, but there are no details yet.
Unfortunately, the enemy managed to hit energy facilities in some Russian regions.
"In the city of Rylsk, an enemy strike on a substation caused a power outage. Over 16 consumers in the Rylsk, Glushkovsky, and Korenevsky districts, which are powered by the Rylsk substation, were affected," said Alexander Khinshtein, Acting Governor of the Kursk Region.
The Volgograd Region administration reported that a fire broke out at the Frolovskaya substation following a drone attack.
There is information online about a fire at an oil refinery in the Nizhny Novgorod region, but regional governor Gleb Nikitin has not reported it, stating only that three private houses and one apartment building were damaged.
Bashkiria was also under attack, where the authorities of Sterlitamak admitted damage to the petrochemical plant.
"Today, an explosion occurred in the water treatment plant of JSC SNHZ. Part of the plant collapsed. Five people were working in the plant. According to preliminary reports, no one was injured. All emergency services have arrived at the scene. I am also on my way to the scene. The cause of the explosion is being investigated," wrote Emil Shaimardanov, head of the local administration.
Later, the head of the republic, Radiy Shabirov, confirmed that the Sterlitamak industrial complex “was subjected to a terrorist attack by two UAVs.”
