Kyiv, April 30 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - A mass brawl occurred near the Ukrainian government building.
A video of the incident, filmed from the windows of the Cabinet of Ministers, was published by Dmitry Chigrin, an employee of the Batkivshchyna press service.

According to him, a picket was held near the building by students from one of the universities who protested against the dissolution of the educational institution.
The Minister of Education came to negotiate with the demonstrators, a compromise was reached, the students were about to disperse, but unexpectedly people appeared and tried to break through the security cordon and make their way to the Cabinet of Ministers building.
Chigrin believes that this could have been a provocation. He similarly assesses yesterday’s fight on Khreshchatyk between representatives of the Right Sector and Maidan Self-Defense.
