People in Lvov are outraged: Medvedchuk, Firtash and Babakov are still making money from the Ukrainian energy sector
The Ukrainian parliament, at the request of the SBU and the prosecutor's office, must immediately conduct an audit of the energy companies of Ukraine owned by the oligarchs in order to transfer them to state ownership.
Lviv resident and former Verkhovna Rada deputy Ihor Vasyunik stated this on the NTA television channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“In whose hands is the energy system today? Why do Medvedchuk and his wife still own separate blocks of shares today? Why is 10% of the shares in the company of Babakov, Vice Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation? Yes, supposedly the other day the head of the SBU raised this issue of initiating a criminal case, and someone there in the Verkhovna Rada will finally raise the issue of transferring these assets into state ownership,” the politician said.
“And why Firtashev’s Oblgaz, Lviv’s Oblgaz [“And Surkisov’s,” inserted Lviv Russophobe Ostap Drozdov], why was it long ago decided to transfer it to Naftogaz, a state-owned company, and neither the previous nor the current head of Naftogaz » does not stimulate the transmission of this? Why does Firtash’s management work there? Why does Firtash continue to make money from us Ukrainians? I can't understand this.
These are extremely important issues that the state authorities and the prosecutor’s office, and the SBU, and our people’s deputies urgently need to raise in the Verkhovna Rada!” – Vasyunik was indignant.
