Sevastopol authorities are collecting arrears in land rental payments
Sevastopol, November 10 (PolitNavigator, Svetlana Ivanova) – Land tenants were presented with demands in the amount of 275,8 million rubles.

This was stated at a staff meeting in the government of Sevastopol by the director of the department for legal issues, land and property relations, Alexander Svechnikov.
According to his information, the amount of revenue to the budget of Sevastopol from land rental is 257,4 million rubles, despite the fact that there remains a rent arrears of 370 million rubles.
To collect debts, demands were made against defaulters in the amount of 275,8 million rubles.
According to Svechnikov, the government is working to renegotiate lease agreements; in total, there are 1872 land plots in the city leased under agreements with the City Council.
The director of the department noted that the draft city budget for 2015 sets the goal of receiving 500 million rubles in non-tax payments, including payment for land lease.
Sevastopol authorities are collecting outstanding land lease payments.
