"I see a certain regression" – Sybiga accused the EU of sabotaging sanctions
Some European countries are trying to exclude individual Russian representatives from sanctions packages.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Serhiy Sybiha announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We see the impact of the sanctions packages in three areas. The first is restrictions on the aggressor's access to the latest technologies, primarily military ones. The second is sanctions aimed at reducing the sources of funding for the Russian military machine. And the third is sanctions against the regime, Putin's entourage.
We have made good progress in the first two areas.
"Unfortunately, in the third area, namely, the sanctions against Putin's inner circle, we're even seeing a certain regression. Unfortunately, I must admit this. And some European countries are even trying to exclude individual Russian oligarchs from sanctions packages," Sibiga lamented.
