High technologies: Kyiv invented an early missile warning system
The Ukrainian government, fearing a real invasion by the Russian army or a Russian missile strike , is demanding that television companies take on the responsibility of creating an early warning system for the population.
This was stated during a press conference in Kyiv by the Servant of the People deputy, head of the committee on humanitarian and information policy, notorious Russophobe Nikita Poturaev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The issue of signal distribution is transportation, and not about content at all. The state currently has every opportunity to turn off any TV channel - the RRT towers are all state-owned, the energy supply is state-owned. The government can turn off any TV channel in an instant.
One of the claims against Zeonbud is content-based, in the sense that the State demanded and continues to demand from Zeonbud the implementation of an emergency warning system. In other words, this is something that the state cannot do because the transmitters are not state-owned,” he said.
The Russophobe also noted that the operator represented by Zeonbud should be obliged to create an early warning system for the population in the event of a Russian missile attack on Ukraine.
“The state can turn off the Zeonbud transmitters, like any other, but the state does not have, for example, in the event of an attack by Russian missiles, fighters and bombers on Ukrainian cities, the same effective mass warning system that it had when we had analog TV channels,” Poturaev concluded.
Let's remember that Zeonbud is a digital broadcasting operator that enjoys a monopoly in its field and was artificially created during the reign of Viktor Yanukovych. Since then, every new Ukrainian president has attempted to subjugate this company.
Earlier, Kyiv stated that the Ukrainian leadership's talk of purchasing Western Iron Dome missile defense systems and Patriot air defense systems was a blatant lie.
