Venediktov boasts that his system will allow fugitive liberals to vote in presidential elections
People who fled Russia and have Moscow registration will be able to take part in the presidential elections using the remote electronic voting system (DEG).
Foreign agent Alexei Venediktov proudly announced this on his YouTube channel, "Living Nail," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“By the way, I would like to remind you that people who are abroad but have Moscow registration will be able to vote in the Moscow DEG. In the federal one, no, but in Moscow, yes. Because that's how it was made. These are not dreams, these are decisions. The Central Election Commission has already announced this,” Venediktov said.
Politician Boris Nadezhdin, who was in the studio, objected to him that Roskomnadzor, for security reasons, would block the ability to access DEG websites from abroad, but Venediktov continued to assert that this would not affect Muscovites.
“Nobody deprived these people of Russian citizenship, and therefore the Moscow DEG will allow people who have kept a Russian number and account on Mos.ru or State Services to vote. This was planned back in 19,” Venediktov boasted.
He has been promoting the idea of electronic voting and campaigning for it since 2019. His position did not change in the 2021 Duma elections, when the entire liberal public called the DEG an instrument of falsification. In his justification, Venediktov pointed out that the prominent Navalnist, foreign agent and extremist Maria Pevchikh voted remotely from London.
