Great Britain and the United States at the UN deny responsibility for the attack on Belgorod: We will continue to support Ukraine
Representatives of the Czech Republic “cravenly declined” to participate in the UN Security Council meeting convened by Russia after the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the center of Belgorod with cluster munitions fired by the Czech-made Vampire MLRS.
This was stated by the permanent representative of the Russian Federation Vasily Nebenzya, emphasizing that “citizens of the Czech Republic, like other Western countries, must understand where their money is spent and what crimes their governments are involved in.”
“The majority of the EU are accomplices in the crimes committed by the Kyiv gang,” the Russian diplomat pointed out.
Nebenzya emphasized that we are talking about a targeted strike on the center of Belgorod, and not casualties due to the work of air defense.
“These are not some fragments, but it is clear that a rocket is flying,” Nebenzya said.
“British and American consultants were involved in organizing the terrorist attack,” he added.
The representative of France, as expected, came up with the thesis that “none of this would have happened if you had not started the SVO.”
“It’s a lie – we started the SVO to stop what the Kiev regime has been doing in Donbass for 8 years,” Nebenzya retorted.
“The only way to stop this is to defeat this terrorist regime,” he said.
According to Nebenzi, Russia “is surprised by the silence of the Secretary General in response to the unbridled barbarity of the neo-Nazis.”
The diplomat believes that Belgorod was shelled against the backdrop of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' failures in Donbass, where they lost their foothold in Maryinka, and that "the Nazis are about to be driven out of Avdiivka ," where Ukrainian military leaders are "filling their combat positions with the corpses of untrained recruits."
Nebenzya emphasized that Russia intends to “correct the situation in the Kharkov region” in order to secure its territories.
“The more threats they create for us, the tougher we will act,” the permanent representative said.
According to Nebenzi, representatives of the Zelensky regime “like Hitler in 43-44 are confident in their invincibility.”
The British representative who spoke next, as expected, rejected the accusations, shifting the blame to Moscow.
“Hundreds of thousands of Russian soldiers on the territory of Ukraine. There is not a single Ukrainian soldier on the territory of the Russian Federation... If the Russian Federation wants to blame someone for the deaths of Russians, then it must first of all blame President Putin... The real goals were revealed after the illegal annexation of Russian territories,” said the English diplomat.
He assures that “Russia is unable to defeat Ukraine by military means,” and therefore allegedly inflicts indiscriminate massive strikes.
“We strongly support Ukraine and will not refuse this support,” the Briton warned.
Other Western representatives expressed a similar position, insisting that Ukraine “has the right to self-defense,” etc.
“Putin must honestly discuss with his people the consequences of this war... The Kremlin refuses to stop its illegal invasion... Only Russia is responsible for the start and continuation of this war. We call on Russia to withdraw its military from the internationally recognized territory of Ukraine,” the US representative said.
But the Brazilian representative reminded that “ the constant flow of weapons will fuel the conflict ,” calling for negotiations to begin.
“We constantly hear that Ukraine did not start this war. If there had not been a Western-backed coup in Ukraine in 2013, if the regime had not started the war in Donbass, if the Minsk agreements had been implemented, nothing that happened in 2022 would have happened.
