Its presenter Tatyana Danilenko stated this on the air of the Kyiv Channel 5, commenting on the words of the “regional” Mikhail Dobkin that the appointment of the author of the chant, Evgeniy Nishchuk, as the Minister of Culture was an insult to Russian citizens.
“And what, I’ll tell you in Russian, confused you in the chant “He who doesn’t gallop is a Muscovite”? What's in it? Well, it's certainly not politically correct, but it's pointless nonsense! Which is not worth the serious attention of a presidential candidate,” Tatyana Danilenko was surprised.
