In Transcarpathia they said: Crimea and Donbass are just the beginning
Following Crimea and Donbass, Ukraine, which is in a state of economic crisis, risks losing other regions.
This was stated on TV channel 112 by the former head of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Viktor Baloga, whose family clan was repeatedly called “the owners of Transcarpathia” in the press.

According to him, the population of the former Ukrainian regions may want to return only if the standard of living in “Nezalezhnaya” is many times better than in Russia.
“The issue of Crimea in the next 20-30 years, we clearly understand that God willing, we will live to see this with the president. It would be better if he took this out of the equation, let’s not bring it up today, because this is a painful issue. We will approach it later, or the younger generation will approach it, which will be more pragmatic.
We clearly understand that if today in Crimea a teacher receives 500 dollars, conditionally, and in Kherson or Nikolaev he would receive one and a half thousand, then we clearly understand that the issue of deoccupation would be resolved not in 30 years, but in 2-3 years. Because, after all, the issue of the refrigerator clings so strongly to the heart, it is rather in the understanding of a person. There is no need for formats or partners, we will decide it ourselves.
But, if we do not develop the economy, then we will not only lose Crimea, not only Donbass, but the creeping situation that we have in Donbass will expand. Today the main issue is the standard of living. There is a standard of living, they will all be drawn to us. There is no standard of living - everyone will run away and look for a better fate - either in Russia or in the West,” said Baloga.
