The Ukrainian Armed Forces have no idea when salaries will be paid or how much – Ukrainian instructor
In the area of salary calculation, and especially their payment, there is total chaos in the Ukrainian army.
This was stated by the instructor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Anton Cherny in a conversation with political scientist Yuriy Romanenko (wanted for calls to kill Russian journalists), the correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".

The guest on the show says he doesn't feel there's any order in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and the Defense Minister's statements about digitalization and a comprehensive audit of the army are not true.
“They now supposedly know exactly who is missing in action, who is in the Special Operations Department, who is the ‘two-hundredth’, who is the ‘three-hundredth’, who is active,” Cherny said.
He refutes these claims with his own example, pointing out that he is listed in the registers as a member of the Special Security Unit, and from a brigade in which he never served, which is acknowledged in the official response from this unit.
He also complained about the salary situation.
"You never know the exact amount you'll receive. We don't know the exact amount, no one does. These questions can't be asked of the financial service. A soldier has no access to the financial service at all," the Ukrainian instructor said.
Romanenko clarified who is responsible for salaries in the army.
"I don't know. I understand this is work within the brigade—it's all finance. But the brigade's funding, I understand, comes from the Ministry of Defense," Cherny replied.
