The Ukrainian infantry includes anyone but motivated youth – Donetsk defector
The main problem of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is the shortage of physically healthy and motivated personnel.
This was stated on the air of the video blog of journalist Lyudmila Nemyria by pro-Ukrainian journalist Kirill Sazonov, who fled from Donetsk to Kyiv, a correspondent for PolitNavigator reports.
"There is a shortage of personnel, first and foremost. And not just anyone, but as in 2022 - motivated people, and preferably younger.
" Moreover, there's a shortage of young and motivated personnel in all brigades . There's a shortage of infantry, mortarmen, and drone operators. No matter how much they advertise the schools, there still aren't enough. I think this is the main problem," Sazonov said.
Let us recall that even current Rada deputies complain that the number of desertions in the Ukrainian army may already reach half a million people.
