In Ukrainian society, it is necessary to cultivate the emotion of animal fear, so that Ukrainians will again “rush” to the military registration and enlistment offices, as at the beginning of the North Military District, when “everyone got crazy.”
This was stated on Channel 5 by Igor Lapin, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the previous convocation, ex-militant of the National Battalion “Aidar”, and now an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I invite all the TCC (former military commissars - ed.) to go to all the concerts, then it will be easier. The country lives not only by gyms. That's where you see the poster - right away in the media: I invite TCC to the concert. And then it will be fine. But honestly, what kind of concerts? Everything is there, all that’s left is to rest, everyone is so exhausted, tired of the war, that all that’s left is concerts. That's bullshit.

When was the last time you talked in your programs about the number of Ukrainians killed in a particular area?
Do you remember what prompted everyone to run to the military registration and enlistment office then (not the patriots, they were ready)? Fear. The emotion of fear, and today we have the emotion of Povoroznyuk! And we need to create an emotion of fear in society. Because only fear drove you into the army, because you have a Kalash, which means you still have the opportunity to fight. And everyone went for weapons in order to fight. When we got crazy, everyone ran around and told us what to do.
Today? “Your documents” are at the checkpoint. “What right do you have? I’ll call the lawyer now.” Is this a warring country? – Lapin was indignant.
According to him, the “fat rear” is just waiting for the “heroes” to rest in the trenches in order to surrender.
