“In such carriages they were sent to the ghetto” - Ukrainians do not like “this is Europe”
While on TV screens high-ranking officials in Kyiv promise the imminent onset of European prosperity and endlessly curse Russia for the “Holodomor-genocide,” ordinary residents of Ukraine are faced with the bestial attitude of the state.
In winter, Ukrainian railway passengers suffer from unbearable cold, snow, and drizzle in their carriages. The Mykolaiv-based newspaper " Novosti-N " cites testimonies from outraged passengers on the Kyiv-Mykolaiv train, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Omelyan ( Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan, – ed. ), we slept on a premium train at European prices! Those bastards, didn't you steal something??? Are you looking for someone to accuse of genocide? We slept like we were at the North Pole, in warm jackets and under a pile of rags called a bed," the man commented on his trip.
A similar situation with trains is occurring in Ukraine's westernmost region, Transcarpathia. Passenger Rostislav Bekhesh reported on the condition of long-distance train cars on his Facebook page.
"That's horrible. Soft carriage, "Ukrzaliznytsia" sends abroad [along the route] "Kyiv-Kosice". It seems that they were sent to the ghetto in such carriages. Shame and disgrace. And the ticket price is not cheap,” he complained.
