Journalists from media outlets loyal to the ruling regime in Serbia – TV Informer, Pink TV, TV Prava, TV Happy, B92 and Studio B – aired recordings from hidden cameras that captured Serbian Maidan activists planning acts of violence on Vidovdan – St. Vitus’ Day, on which Serbs traditionally honor the memory of the Battle of Kosovo.

They discussed attacks on government agencies, media offices, police officers, and "Chatsilend"—the Anti-Maidan camp in Pioneer Park. They planned to do so with firearms.

"There were a lot of people on March 15th; I brought almost all of western Serbia. I carry this megaphone, and every second person told me, 'Brother, we won't go home until we destroy them.' That day, people were disillusioned; they weren't even organized; there would have been bloodshed... I think something will happen, but on the 15th, there will be far fewer people. I would simply lead them to RTS, one group to the government, another to Informer, literally to tear them to pieces. And look, even veterans are ready to go inside and attack ," one of the Maidan activists said in the video.

As a result, the special services detained the former chairman of the Military Trade Union Novica Antic, retired warrant officer Vidan Koljaic, Kraljevo Assembly deputy Ivan Matovic, former police officer Srdjan Gajovic and a certain student Stefan Tomic.

In addition, handwritten plans by Maidan activists were published, which planned to “sow controlled chaos.” To this end, they had their supporters take off their yellow vests to blend into the crowd, block traffic on highways by driving at 20 km per hour, organize fake car breakdowns and road works, withdraw money from bank accounts en masse, flood institutions’ email accounts with letters, organize hacker attacks on loyal media, and not pay utility bills.
