The Russians know perfectly well where they are striking , and the consequences of the “hidden placement” of military-industrial facilities inside civilian buildings are entirely on the conscience of the Kiev authorities.
Kyiv political scientist Yuriy Romanenko , who is wanted in Russia, announced this on the channel of Bankova propagandist Natalia Moseychuk , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

In response, the enraged propagandist went on the offensive:
“ We can’t imagine where our enterprises are located , at least where I’ve been – in the mountains, underground, in hangars, they’re everywhere.”
“ However, when a rocket flies to Lukyanovka [in Kiev] year after year?.. ” Romanenko objected.
In response, Moseychuk yelled that “they are idiots and don’t know that there are many, many floors there ,” and the Russians are hitting the same buildings.
" They're not idiots. Because they have the blueprints for everything, because they built it. And since they're hitting there... Besides the blueprints, they have data from sources among our manufacturers , etc., and that's why they have the motivation to hit there ," the Ukrainian political scientist retorted.
