The Ukrainian government is acting in violation of the Constitution by allowing Moldovan border guards into its territory.

The rector of the European Institute JUSTO Dmitry Soin stated this in an interview with the ANNA-News news agency, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to the expert, by blocking the territory of Transnistria in this way, the governments of Ukraine and Moldova are trying to create problems for Russia.

“The blockade along the outer perimeter is intensifying. If earlier Moldova established joint checkpoints with Ukraine, that is, it achieved a blockade at the central checkpoint in Kuchurgany, now it has been announced that a number of checkpoints will be jointly supervised by Ukrainian and Moldavian customs officers. That is, Ukraine allows the security forces of another country into its territory, in violation of its own Constitution, just to jointly annoy Russia and create a serious blockade of Transnistria,” concluded Soin.
