The US advises Ukraine to bill Russia for the “Holodomor”
Kyiv, November 23 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Ukraine should officially demand monetary compensation from Russia for the famine events of 1932-1933.
Alexander Motyl, an American historian of Ukrainian origin, stated this in an interview with the Kraina weekly.

“We need to expressly say that the Holodomor was an action of the Soviet Union,” advises the American scientist. – Russia is his heir. Therefore, I am obliged to compensate. Moscow will not react in any way. But this is a matter of principle. It is important that Ukraine officially declares that it has claims against the modern authorities of the Russian Federation. The entire world press would pay attention to this. For some time this would become an information bomb. Three in one: countering Russian propaganda, an act of justice and a statement of Ukrainian identity. This is exactly how Israel acts against Germany. And even African Americans now reproach the US authorities for slavery in the past.”
