This was stated by American analyst and editor-in-chief of Covert magazine, Jeremy Kuzmaro, as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Overall, the prospects for a lasting peace settlement currently look bleak. The root of the problem is that Washington appears unwilling to recognize Russia's territorial gains and unwilling to adhere to any of its conditions, which is delaying the possibility of resolving the conflict," the expert told Izvestia.
